Our review of the North Mount Pleasant, SC real estate market in 2018.
Ending monthly single-family inventory in North Mount Pleasant fluctuated between a high of 447 homes for sale in April 2018 to a low of 367 in December of 2018.
If we separate out new construction, we can see that previously owned single-family homes fluctuated from a high of 304 homes for sale in April to a low of 223 in January.
A total of 969 homes sold in 2018, with the most sales 113 occurring in June and the least sales 51 occurring in February.
Of the 969 homes sold in 2018, 296 of them were new construction and 673 were previously owned.
The overall average sales price in 2018 for North Mount Pleasant was $575,272. The average new construction sales price in 2018 was $648,982. Previously owned single-family homes averaged a sales price of $542,679.
